Rep. Jim Weidner will be hosting a town hall accompanied by House Republican Leader Bruce Hanna.
  This event will take place Tuesday, Jan. 19th at the McMinnville Police Department from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm!

MAC Steel Worker Union President Joe Munger Lied- Weidner cleared

Off the record today the Ethics dept said the complaint about House Rep Jim Weidner was Dismissed. The heart of the complaint Filed By Joe Munger. said Jim tried to convince himself and Monte Hanson while in Weidners office to by a piece of equipment from Jim's Company. Monte Hanson Said that that was not true and did not back up Joe Mungers claim. This all came about when Speaker Hunt was trying accuse Weidner of  not playing honest with his votes on the transportation committee. It our opinion that Munger was persuaded by local Democrats to file the complaint. Mr Munger a long time local democrat and union activist, has know love for Jim weidner.   More to come at the end of January!!

Mac School district Violates Election Law

On Wednesday Columbus Elementary School sent home a flier from PTA via the classroom homework folder.

The district admitted that they were wrong and sent home a two sentence letter saying such. The Secretary of States office has received and is investigating the complaint
The union went on to violate the law further Thursday when one of its members wore a rally jacket on duty while, supporting the measures. The union in an Email to the MEA membership says the Jacket was a violation.
In a new twist today the teacher pictured above called the police today. "saying she feared for her safety when the picture was taken" Well why did she wait till after school today to call. Why not walk into the building and phone yesterday. She was disciplined today by the district today that is why.

A new issue has arisen, the union is using the districts email system to promote 66 and 67. When asked By Mac School District , the unions (MEA OEA) denied ever using the email for political purpose's. That is not true, we forwarded copies to the district showing that this existed and was happening . Still waiting for the results from that issue.To Dr Russell's credit she has been very cooperative in this matter so far.  We further reserve Judgment on the final outcome.

Yamhill County Might belong to INFRAGARD and the BOC didn't know it.

Why is Doug McGillivray head of Yamhill County emergency management head running a secret program? Doug happens to be the county emergency management head here in Yamhill County. This program is called INFRAGARD. This program was also kept from local Sheriff Jack Crabtree. What is INFRAGARD. It is an FBI program that combines the FBI and Private businesses into a joint unit. INFRAGARD membership is claimed to be open. The website has a button to click on for viewing the officers, but leads to nothing. INFRAGARD (click here to view website). This program encourages businesses to report suspicous activity political or other wise to INFRAGARD. Which when you call the number is the FBI Portland Field office. Why is this program being run secret in Yamhill County? Why are the local elected officials not informed? How much money was spent and is being spent.  Infragard has Who for a membership? They won't tell who belongs and who is incharge. Why do we need private watchers for to rat out people who may or may not be doing something wrong. We do know that Doug McGillivray is the secretary for the state wide Oregon chpt. He confirmed that in an email to commissioner Kathy George.
